About the Team

The Central Operations Team drive operational quality and compliance with regulatory and company standards at scale. We are implementing global guidelines and tools that ensure operational excellence and adherence to compliance standards. A core aspect of our work is driving educational excellence and promoting the continuous growth of Orb Operators and their Field teams.

About the Opportunity

As a Learning Lead, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the educational landscape for our Operator community, particularly focusing on the creation and continuous enhancement of course content for Orb Operators and other key stakeholders. This role is central to our mission of empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in the field Operations, representing Worldcoin.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Course Development and Maintenance: Lead the creation of engaging and informative courses, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the latest industry standards. This includes conducting ongoing research to keep pace with technological advancements and regulatory changes within the cryptocurrency space.
  • Curriculum Innovation: Continuously assess and refine our educational offerings to meet diverse learning styles and preferences. Employ a mix of multimedia, interactive sessions, and hands-on learning activities to enhance user engagement and retention.
  • Content Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to maintain the high standards of our educational content. Regularly review and update existing courses to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
  • Learning Support Systems: Develop and maintain robust support structures to assist learners throughout their educational journey. This includes facilitating forums, Q&A sessions, and providing direct support to address learners' queries and feedback.
  • Analytics and Feedback Loops: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor engagement and performance metrics, gathering insights to inform content updates and instructional design improvements. Foster a culture of feedback, encouraging learners and instructors to contribute to the continuous improvement of our courses.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Technology, to ensure educational initiatives support overall business objectives and user experience goals.

 

About You

  • Experience: You bring 6+ years of experience in educational content creation, instructional design, or a similar role within a tech-forward environment. Experience in the operational roles is a plus.
  • Content Creation Skills: You possess strong writing and content development skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, engaging instructional materials.
  • Innovative Mindset: You are creative and forward-thinking, constantly seeking new ways to enhance learning outcomes and course effectiveness.
  • Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail ensures the accuracy and quality of educational content, and you take pride in producing exceptional learning materials.
  • Analytical Abilities: You are adept at analyzing learning data to drive improvements in course content and structure. Experience with learning management systems and analytics tools is highly valued.
  • Team Player: You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively with team members across functions to achieve shared educational goals.
